Meet our Guest Artist: Dali Quartet

The Dalí Quartet is acclaimed for elevating Latin American quartet repertoire to equal standing with the Classical and Romantic canon. Its signature Classical Roots, Latin Soul programming has captivated audiences across the U.S., Canada, and South America, with appearances on leading series and festivals including Bravo!Vail, the National Gallery of Art, Virginia Arts Festival, Princeton University, and major cities nationwide. Renowned for adventurous collaborations, the Quartet performs works ranging from Haydn and Brahms to Piazzolla, alongside new commissions and projects with artists such as clarinetist Ricardo Morales, pianist Vanessa Perez, and gold-medal Cliburn winner Olga Kern. Their Delos recording of Brahms and Shostakovich piano quintets has garnered wide praise. Chamber Music America’s 2024 Ensemble of the Year, the Dalí Quartet is deeply committed to education and community engagement through festivals, workshops, and innovative audience programs. Based in Philadelphia, its members hail from Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and the U.S., united by imagination, excellence, and the spirit of their namesake, Salvador Dalí.

Meet our Guest Artist: Amo Brass

Amo Brass is a chamber ensemble that blends musical entertainment with artistic excellence. Formed by alumni of the Yale School of Music and based in the Tri-State area, the group is deeply committed to performance, education, and community engagement, partnering with local organizations and nonprofits to unite world-class artistry with meaningful outreach. Amo Brass is a 2023 finalist prize-winner at the Plowman Chamber Music Competition and recipient of the ABQ Prize at the 50th Fischoff Competition. The ensemble has held residencies at Avaloch Farms Music Institute and the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, leads educational outreach tours nationwide, and champions new music through commissions by Chanell Crichlow and Aliyah Danielle.
