The PRIZM Youth Chamber Music Competition, a pioneering event in Memphis, encourages students to collaborate, create music, and celebrate community through ensemble performance.

Scheduled for Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1 PM, the competition will take place at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church.

Eligibility:

• Ensembles should consist of 2–5 performers.
• Open to students in grades 4–12 for the 2024–2025 academic year.
• Instruments: Strings, Winds, Brass, and Percussion.

Divisions:

• Junior Division: Grades 4–8.
• High School Division: Grades 9–12.

Repertoire Requirements:

• Prepare one or two contrasting works or movements.
• Junior Division: Performance not to exceed 10 minutes.
• High School Division: Performance not to exceed 12 minutes.

Prizes:

• Junior Division: Partial Summer Camp Scholarships, Certificates, Medals.
• High School Division:
  • First Place: Summer Camp Scholarships, Cash Prize, Certificate, Trophy.
  • Second Place: Partial Summer Camp Scholarships, Certificate.
  • Third Place: Certificate.
